会议须知
Details of the Conference

一、请各位代表认真阅读本《指南》，按活动日程安排时间，准时出席各项活动。
Ⅰ. Please read this guide carefully and attend activities on time according to schedule.
二、会场内，请关闭手机或设为振动、静音模式。展厅、会场内严禁吸烟。
Ⅱ. Please turn off your mobile phone or turn to vibration or quiet mode in meeting room. Smoking is prohibited in exhibition hall or meeting room.
三、请着正装出席开幕论坛、领导集体会见、重点项目签约、招待酒会及专题活动。
Ⅲ. Please attend summit forum, collective meeting, contract signing ceremony, and Reception Banquet in formal attire.
四、考察活动，按行业大类分组进行，请各参会客商按预先登记参加组别，准时出席。
IV. Inspection tour and negotiation will be organized by groups according to different industries. Please take part in these activities according to pre-registration. 
五、请与会代表提前将回程航班信息告知设在酒店大堂的接待处，以便会务组安排送机。
Ⅴ. Please inform the reception located in the hotel hobby of the return flight information of participants in advance.
六、《指南》中主要活动安排，是截至2010年10月9日交付印刷时的情况，若有微调，以实际通知为准。
Ⅵ.The main activities in this guide is updated until Oct 9th, 2010. The final schedule should be adjusted to the actual notice.
