1. Responsible for prototypes/sampling realization in collaboration with the developers & paper pattern makers guaranteeing that the style requirements and the quality and fitting standards are reached and feasable internally and later through shoe maker.

2. Responsible for the technical development and industrialization of the structures (lasts, soles, heels), of the pattern and of the components.

3. Evaluate,monitor,follow, suggest technical solutions during all the sampling stage internally and Development process inside/outside to guarantee quality improvement and production optimization.

4. Supervise Confirmation Samples stages and pre-production within the developers and Operation Team.

5. Create and maintain technical documentation during prototyping,sampling ,pre-production,TT Sample,SMS,SM .

Requirements:

1. Technical diploma or equivalent studies, with at least 5 years of experience in the role, especially in performances/technical shoes.

2. Very good knowledge of pattern design raw materials, accessories,construction of shoes,technology and processes.

3. Excellent communication skills.

4. Strong capabilities of problem solving and initiative spirit, being able to work both autonomously and in team.

5. Availability to travel regularly in Asia (China and Vietnam as major )

6. Good Knowledge in English and good IT skills in MS Office.
