海外销售组长

1、通过邮件、电话、客户拜访等方式开拓市场,完成销售目标;
2、负责客户报价、商务谈判、签订合同、客户跟进及维护等;
3、通过linkedin、google等社交媒体及公开渠道,参加国内外相关展会,收集客户群体信息,进行营销推广活动;
4、了解海外市场相关行业的动态,开拓新的海外合作伙伴。
任职要求:
1、大专以上学历,专业不限;有外贸实习经历的优秀应届生亦可考虑;
2、较强的沟通表达能力、细心、耐心; 勤奋好学、头脑灵活、勤于思考;
3、1年以上相关工作经验,有无形产品销售、海外信息销售、外资保险等咨询经验优先;
4、具备良好的英语听说读写基础,英语口语流利;
5、具备优秀的管理能力者可列为管理人员入职;
6、对外贸/海外销售工作兴趣浓厚的应届毕业生可考虑外贸助理岗位。
PS:公司目前在职的外贸人员约20人,每一位新入职的员工都会安排老员工帮助熟悉产品信息、销售方式。
工作待遇:优厚工资、五险一金、餐补、带薪年假、部门聚餐、其他福利;
工作时间:五天八小时工作制,朝九晚六;
工作地点:广州市越秀区先烈中路80号汇华商贸大厦17楼全层(区庄地铁站E出口,步行300米左右)。

Job Responsibilities:
Serves customers by selling products; meeting customer needs.
Job Duties:
Services
existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Adjusts
content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
Focuses
sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
Submits
orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
Keeps
management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors
competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommends
changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves
customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintains
professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Provides
historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Contributes
to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
