Key Account Manager – Personal Care

In this role, you will be responsible to manage overall sales activities for major accounts/customers within the product range of Personal Care a and Hygiene/Preservation.

Key Duties:

？ Implement a winning account development strategy based on understanding of the customer profiles to drive profitable growth and achieve sales target

？ Promote customer awareness and drive excellence in customer relationships

？ Understand strategic business challenges and priorities, and analyze information and prioritize opportunities critical to an account. Establish and maintain strategic partnership with high value customers.

？ Ensure all the issues and requests of the customers are responded and solved in a timely manner.

？ Work with cross functional team to develop new products/applications.

？ Communicate with cross functional team on the marketing trends and forecast of relevant industries in respective region.

Requirements:

？ Bachelor in Chemistry or related major

？ Solid experience in developing new business as well as Key customers’ Management in serving Personal Care Business.

？ Good communication & interpersonal skills
