Assistant E&I engineer 助理电仪工程师

Main Tasks岗位职责：

1. Assist superior to implement the maintenance work of E&I equipment

   协助上级进行全厂电气仪表的检修与维护工作

2. Assist E&I engineer to develop the preventive maintenance plan and supervise the implementation for E&I equipment

   协助电仪工程师建立电仪设备预防性维修计划并监督实施

3. Response and handle the urgent failure

   工厂电仪设备突发故障的紧急响应及处理；

4. Root cause analysis for equipment failure and optimize the related SOP and equipment to prevent the similar failure

   分析故障根本原因并预防再次发生，改善相关SOP和设施；

5. Develop the maintenance/project construction plan and supervise the safety & quality performance

   编制维修/项目施工方案，对维修/项目安全、质量进行监督；

6. Develop and improve the E&I equipment management files, revise them if necessary

   建立、健全电仪设备管理档案，并适时修改维护负责管理档案资料和技术资料；

7. Manage the contractors and spare parts

   管理承包商和备件等维修资源；

8. Develop training materials and conduct training to maintenance technicians and operators

   编制培训课件，对维修技术员及操作工进行相关培训；

9. Assistance on ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001 and AIMS

   协助完成ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001及AIMS体系相关工作

10. Other maintenance works

    负责其他维修相关事宜。

Requirements招聘要求：

1. Must have college or above background in electrical, instrumentation, mechanical &electrical or equivalent

   必须电气、仪表、机电大专及以上学历

2. Must have at least two years E&I maintenance experience in chemical plants, prefer to have batch equipment maintenance experience or foreign chemical plants experience 必须有两年以上化工厂机械维修工作经验，最好有批次工艺设备维修经验和外资化工厂工作经验

3. Must be familiar with E&I equipment, strong knowledge on the HV/LV and field instruments

   必须熟悉电仪设备，对高低压设备和现场仪表有很深的了解

4. Must have teamwork spirit

   必须有团队协作精神

5. Good command to read and write in English, prefer to be able to communicate in English

   必须能用英文进行读写相关工作文件，最好能用英文沟通

6. Be familiar with MS office, prefer to be able to use AutoCAD

   熟悉MS OFFICE，最好会使用AutoCAD

7. Basic knowledge on E&I industrial codes and standards

   基本了解相关电仪类工业规范和标准

8. Prefer to have the experience on E&I equipment failure cause analysis

   最好有电仪类设备故障分析经验

9. Prefer to have the experience of maintenance plan and project managemen

   最好有维修计划经验和项目管理经验
