This role supports the Site Head of HR in executing on the HR strategy to fulfill HR targets and goals, it supports all HR related initiatives and activities at the site, such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Engagement, Talent management etc.
What can you expect from this role?
Assists Head of HR to execute all HR related activities at the site, such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Engagement, Talent management etc.
Support ramp-up Recruitment activities, campus & outreach initiatives, reporting; cooperate with recruitment partners on hiring to fulfill the hiring plan, support recruitment activities on social media champion, campus recruitment, etc.;
Onboarding: Cooperate with Share Service Center on HR administration, including but not limited to employee data collection, onboarding / off boarding follow-up, updating and maintaining HR information in HRIS, etc.
Performance Management: roll out globally aligned but locally contextualized practices, get trained and train local people managers on an ongoing basis
Engagement: support activities to strengthen employee engagement at site, leverage on network practices, regional partner sites and good practices in local market; Organize/ initiate staff activities to boost employee morale and engagement, implement HR policies and processes
Talent Management: once teams are established, support proper Organizational Talent Reviews (OTR) are conducted at SLT-1 level to build internal bench strength
Participate in Cross-function HR projects or global HR initiatives
Acquire understanding of business requirements and objectives, and to align HR objectives and personnel flows with these objectives
Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed
What will you need to be successful?
Education: bachelor degree and above
Language: Fluent in English
Experiences: Solid HR experience , Pharma industry background ,full function HR generalist will be preferred
Special Knowledge: Good knowledge of HR operation, labor law and China business environment
Well-organized team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
A quick leaner, adaptable to changes
Willing to take additional workload and can work under high pressure
Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint; experience in HRIS is a plus.
