Job Description:
1. Lead the marketing and sales team of business line Academy & Life Care in Greater China to achieve sustainable business growth and financial target.
2. Sales strategy development and implementation with close cooperation with Academy & Life Care Global Sales Team and Greater China Operation Team.
3. Sales management, new business development, customer relationship maintenance, key account management, marketing promotion, tender management, payment collection and customer satisfaction with close cooperation with Operation Team.
4. Market penetration with quality system related products, and market exploration with EHS, I4.0 and TVET related new products in industry and public sectors.
5. Sales efficiency management, team recruitment and coaching, competence development, performance management and career planning.
6. Business cooperation with other business streams and other regions for innovative solutions to customers.
7. Monitor progress, control risks, quality and costs of sales team operation and project tendering to achieve planned goals.
8. Enhance the branding of Academy & Life Care with active marketing activities.

Job Requirements:
1. Strong leadership with more than 10 years marketing and sales management experience in multi-national technical service providers.
2. Bachelor degree, MBA is preferred.
3. Experience in training or consulting business, good understanding of development needs of clients from industry and academia.
4. Strong communication skill and team spirit to drive cooperation on all levels in the company.
5. Strong ability to development stakeholder relationship with government and associations.
6. User knowledge in MS Offices, Salesforce, SAP CRM.
7. Expert in negotiation and consultative selling.
8. Expert in sales planning, pipeline management and opportunity qualification.
9. Expert in analysing information, problem-solving and decision taking.
10. Competent in interpreting profit & loss reports.
11. Fluent English.
12. Frequent business travel is required.
