Position Summary:

The Outbound business analyst's main areas of responsibilities are developing and deliver system (I.E. SAP ECC SD & EDI) solutions for business processes, support all applications used by customer support community, manage, coach and develop users within their team. Individual will be knowledgeable or interested in SAP SD configuration as well as integration with other SAP modules. Individual will participate in the design of business processes and ensure configuration conforms to the global template and meet business requirements.

International and regional travel is required for business sites visit and global meeting.

Key Responsibilities:

This position will report directly to the outbound team lead with strong links to the Global Outbound COE functional lead. The key deliverables of the role are to:

·         Functional SAP SD/MM configuration as well as cross functional integration between processes.
·         Identify and understand the business and system impacts within the SAP SD landscape and recommend solutions.
·         Works with business process owners to define and develop requirements and process flow; recommends solutions and improvements; tests and validates processes; and presents recommendations for review and approval.
·         Assist with change management activities which include upgrades and production slots
·         Ensure the service level agreements are met
·         Continuously identify and improve system to meet business' growing requirements
·         Plan the detailed tasks required to achieve delivery of the fully tested solution.
·         Monitor the SAP systems' performance; make sure the system's stabilization and operational reliability meet agreed level
·         Assist the business with system upgrades / maintenance activities with other parties
·         Develop / improve standard operational procedures
·         Demonstrate a "can do"attitude

·         Work with other teams globally, regionally and locally to ensure global coverage is provided and excellence shared


Personal Attributes:
·         Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Global and local environment.

Relevant Experience:

·         3-4 years experience in SAP SD/MM functional configuration, and support, with 2 or more project experience.
·         Good knowledge in IDOC / ALE and interface
·         EDI knowledge is a bonus point.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor degree preferably with major in Computer Science or equivalent business experience
·         Experience with a global FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) company is desirable but not required
·         Strong command of English Language (Essential)
·         Enjoys working under pressure and managing multiple activities.
