更新日期:2021-05-251. Develop business and build up sales/distribution networks based on our company strategy and help sales regions reach the smart security solution sales target.
2. Provide market analysis updates for the smart security solutions for all regions around the world to include market share, competitor information, and key benefits of our products for market penetration.
3. Provide pre-sales consultation support for potential clients/distributors.
4. Understand and train sales regions on the 4Ps of marketing and sales strategy for smart security products.
5. Provide marketing materials and tools for the sales regions.
6. Select and penetrate key regions to find suitable sales channel partners for our smart security solutions.
7. Obtain feedback from the sales region to refine and improve our smart security solution to standardize products meeting most international requirements.
8. Control and manage the aspects of the product life cycle for our smart security solutions. This includes collecting global requirements to improve the quality and the service of our solution and communicate with the R&D team to make necessary adjustments and upgrades.
9. Provide consultation for running complicated overseas security solution projects starting from the project charter to the final project deliverable as well as future project implementation plan guidance.
10. Frequent feedback to managers for new business opportunities and customers’ demand and use our CRM system to record leads and update promotion strategies to sales regions; provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with sales/market performance for smart security solutions to GRG HQ.
Qualification Requirements:
1. At least 3 years work experience in smart security solutions (hardware and software) to include but not limited to monitoring, attendance, access control, visitation, and biometric systems; Hardware and software development experience is preferred.
2. Overseas experience in direct sales channels with partners and distributors.
3. At least 2 years of overseas project experience for complicated security solutions; PMP certification preferred.
4. Fluent in spoken and written English; other languages other than Chinese welcome
5. Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated.
6. Ability to meet overseas travel requirements, when applicable.
7. Master MS Office Word, Excel, and Power Point.
8. Experience with marketing products overseas using platforms like LinkedIn, Google, SEO
9. Experience with publishing marketing materials like flyers, presentations, and videos; editing experience is preferred.
10. Willing to accept and learn new things.
