Job Descriptions:

• 制定仪器设备的内外部校准及维护计划，管理仪器设备档案；/ Prepare internal and external equipment calibration and maintenance plan, equipment system (GTEM) and files maintenance.

• 能按年度计划安排仪器的内部核查及维护工作，并填写记录，联系外部校准实验室对仪器设备进行校准工作，包括但不限于：检查校准机构的资质及能力、（跟工程师沟通）确认校准方案、 更新校准标签、校准确认等；/ Arrange internal equipment verification and maintenance to the annual plan and fill in records, contact external calibration laboratories to perform calibration, including but not limited to: check the scope and capacity of calibration laboratories, check with engineers for the calibration plan, update the calibration label, calibration confirmation and etc.

• 联系供应商对仪器的故障进行处理和协助实验室进行新设备的开发;/ Contacting the vendor for malfunctioning of the equipment and assist the laboratory in the development of new equipment.

• 具备机械基础和电气基础知识，具备一定的动手能力；/ Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge with some hands-on skills.

• 配合项目工程师组装样品、协助测试并正确填写测试记录表格；/ Work with project engineers to assemble samples, assist with testing and properly fill test datasheet.

• 完成部门或岗位交办的其他任务。/ Perform other tasks as assigned by the department or position.

Job Requirements:              

• 大专学历或以上，机电一体化相关专业优先；/ College degree or above, preferably in a mechatronics, mechanical related field.

• 熟悉ISO/IEC 17025 要求; / Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 requirement.

• 有实验室仪器设备维护及校准工作经验优先；/ Experience in laboratory instrumentation maintenance and calibration preferred.

• 英语四级及以上，熟悉Office，CAD等软件的应用；/ CET 4 or above, familiar with Office and other software applications.

• 善于沟通，责任心强，具有良好的职业素养和职业道德、较强的组织协调能力以及团队合作意识。/ Good at communication, strong sense of responsibility, good professionalism, strong organizational and coordination skills and sense of teamwork.
