• Undertaking responsibility for evaluation, and
  technical support of PC/desktop (Windows 10), Networking, and cabling technology.

• Managing the Integrity and security of the LAN,
  desktop infrastructure. Update and
  maintain the hardware and software inventory.

• Providing IT consulting to user departments and
  regional infrastructure teams via Voice or
  Email channels.

• Providing coordination of office cabling,
  renovation and re-location tasks.

• Liaising with users for their requirements in
  employing IT technology and setting up of IT environment.

• Providing training to users of using PC and IT
  services.

• Maintain the Patch deployment.

• Perform helpdesk workflow procedures. Experience in
  Remote Desktop Tools/support Windows applications/supporting Microsoft Office
  components.

• Microsoft Azure Cloud service support experience is
  required
