• Gather user requirement and clarify with user
• Prepare system design
• Develop, test and support AIA core insurance system
• Monitor task progress and meet project timeline
• Provide good delivery quality
• Work together with AIA members to meet overall project objectives

• Design, coding, testing and support ST/UAT
• Support core insurance system for AIA business units
• Complete assignment on schedule with good quality
• Work together with AIA members to meet overall project objects

Requirements:

• Require English reading and writing skill, CET6 is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Able to work independently, under pressure and proactively
• Team player
• Experience in AS400 and COBOL is preferred
• Life insurance experience is preferred, INGENIUM experience is highly preferred
