Qualifications:

1. University degree (bachelor) in mechanical engineering or precision mechanics or similar.
2. At least 5 years professional experience in the R&D area of machinery and/or industrial processing.
3. Experienced with conception design, technical and economic evaluation, cost-consciousness.
4. Experienced in development of new machines, detail engineering of machines and machine parts and providing design documents up to the series.
5. Good knowledge of current development tools, ideally of the 3-D CAD design software INVENTOR.
6. Good knowledge of English, Chinese native speaker.
7. Targeted thinking and practically oriented acting, team ability, flexibility, very good communication, commitment, team work.
Responsibilities：

1. Design of new machines and customized machines as well as systems for the chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industry with responsibility for implementation and attending until production.
2. Research, development, and design of mechanical parts of industrial processing machines, for example mixing, drying, milling, dispersing, heating/cooling machines. These are produced in customized small series and applied in cosmetic, food, medical, bitumen, oil, tenside, etc. processing.
3. Design of mechanical parts like enclosure, mixing tools, drive, mixing chambers and vessels, pipings.
4. Design of metal, ceramic, plastic parts.
5. Design of casted parts
6. Project planning for standard and customized industrial process machines with responsibility from idea to production, including research and development of all mechanicals.
7. Supervision on assembly, commissioning and servicing.
8. Selection, supervision and coordination with subcontractors.
9. Supporting sales department on costing, quotations, technical consultation etc.
10. Research on competitor products and components selection, etc.
11. Preparation of full technical and production documentations, project files, as well as instruction manuals.
12. Consideration of in-plant processes and standards (ISO9001, Milestones). Work in accordance with (worldwide) valid norms and guidelines, for example machines guideline, EMV guideline, pressure apparatuses guideline, low-voltage guideline etc.
13. Readiness to travel (Germany). Readiness to participate in further trainings, to visit fairs etc.
