JOB Scope

1. Provide product knowledge to production line during NPI and MR stage.

2. Be the bridge of technical relative fields among Jabil operation site, Jabil R&D and customer R&D.

3. Work with NPI team in product development relative fields during NPI stage.

4. Work with Jabil design team and customers in product knowledge  

5. Work with NPI team to ensure NPI activities can be achieved

6. Implement and execute trouble shooting and failure analysis according to product issues

7. Identify process issues and lead to improve

8. Support BU in technical relative task

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree (major in Mech E., EE, IE, or other relatives) from four-year College or university with at least four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

2. Ability to identify problem, collect and analyze data

3. With experience in working with customers/R&D in product development, include both of NPI and MR stage

4. With communication skill/experience among cross functional teams

5.Familiar with analysis tools, relative software and application such as Minitab, SPC, 3D CAD program and Microsoft office … etc

6. Understand the fundamentals and principles of Product Engineering, familiar with topics on

? Failure analysis

? FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)

? DFM (Design for Manufacture)

? GR&R (Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility)

? SPC (Statistical Process Control)

7. Travel may be required
