Title: Business Head of OPD
Report to: VP of China Delivery Center
Department: GTM
Location: Guangzhou, China

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with regional sales, business development, delivery and resource teams to develop and materialize GTM opportunities
2. Oversee global project execution and delivery to meet client requirements
3. Work, as part of PMO, to improve on project management and system processes

Skills and Knowledge:
1. Highly motivated self starter with strong project and people management skills
2. Experienced in cross functional team development in a matrix organization
3. Strong understanding of onshore/offshore delivery model and software development cycles
4. Excellent multitasking capabilities and ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment
5. Team player who can develop cross functional support and motivate a team of matrix
6. resources to deliver
7. Strong written and oral communication skills, especially in English

Education and Work Experience:
1. Bachelor degree, major in computer science
2. 8+ years experience in account management and delivery management in IT company

Working Environment:
1. General office and client site environment
2. Irregularly travel according to business need (less than 5%)
