Your Profile：

·        Bachelor of Science in electrical/manufacturing engineering or relate field.

·        3~5years cast-resin type transformer work experience.

·        Knowledge and experience in FMEA, Lean Manufacturing methods

·        Good written and spoken English.

·        Proficiency with MS Office, CREO, CAD.

·        Be good at communication skills.

Your Responsibilities：

·        Cast-resin type transformer product technology R&D and process optimization

• Working instructions compiling, improving and training to shopfloor workers

·        Monitor the process quality and solve processing problems during the manufacturing

·        New equipment development, auxiliary devices design

·        Change management

  广州西门子变压器有限公司于1997年11月03日在广州市工商行政管理局萝岗分局登记成立。法定代表人蔡瑞雄，公司经营范围包括变压器、整流器和电感器制造；工程技术咨询服务等。广州西门子变压器有限公司(STGZ)是西门子输配电集团和广州机电集团的合资企业。公司所有的产品：最高电压达500KV的电力变压器以及2500KVA及以下的油浸式配电变压器，均按照伊林的技术和标准设计、制造，并持有“伊林”品牌。广州西门子的设立也是西门子全球化和当地化战略的一个组成部分。 广州西门子座落在广州经济技术开发区的东区，占地面积65,000平方米，可年产15,000MVA的变压器。公司地理位置优越，便捷的交通可在2公里内通达铁路、高速公路和城市快速干线，距离黄埔港仅不到10公里。公司采用了90年代末期的现代技术制造最高质量标准的变压器。 2005年，公司成功生产并交付了首批500KV变压器，其中包括2台370MVA叁相发电升压变和一组总容量为3X750MVA的单相自耦变压器，使公司成为可生产最高电压等级变压器供应商行列中的一员。同时也标志着广州伊林成为国内唯一一个可以从同一个厂区供应高达500KV直至配电变压器的合资企业。
