Responsibilities:

·Define, implement, and manage technical support processes and procedures

·Manage prioritization, escalation, and resolution of support incidents

·Perform administration of Window, Linux, Web& Java Application server, Virtualization & VDI platform, Kubernetes, and server hardware

·Advance Microsoft O365, Azure infrastructure and Cloud Services analysis and diagnosis

·Coordinate technology installations, upgrades, maintenance, and patching

·Propose and deploy continuous improvements on infrastructure solutions

·Collect user requirement and develop logical and physical specification

·Liaise with vendors for project implementation and solution evaluation

·Assure security compliance for all IT infrastructure activities

·Remain aware of new product developments in the area of IT providing input and tactical direction to the IT infrastructure roadmap

·Managing the team and individual performance, technical and skills development.


Requirements:

·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines

·1-2 years of working in a Technical Support Manager or relevant position in IT infrastructure area

·Ability to diagnose hardware and troubleshoot technical issues

·Solid technical knowledge in VMware, Redhat Linux, Window, O365, Azure and Citrix

·Understanding and knowledge of Kubernetes & VMware VDI Horizon will be advantages

·Strong problem solving and analytical skills

·Good interpersonal & communication skills

·Ability to prioritize and manage tasks

·Fluent speaking in English, Putonghua, Cantonese is a plus
