The Technical Leader will have overall responsibility for small projects execution or technical responsibility for big projects. S/he shall be ready to develop and support technical solutions and architectural works on projects.

Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential.
Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner.

Business Management
Technical solution preparation
Helping Sales team with working with customers from technical and project starting perspective.

Client Management
Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business and technical solutions.
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
任职条件:
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of related professional experience in Java / PHP
Minimum BS or equivalent science/engineering/computer degree.
Ability to build and lead teams up to 10 people.
Strong Customer interface capability and experience
Project and Technical Management.
Good architect and technical skills with ability to deliver development contribution to the project (Android is preferable, any other Mobile platform could be as a plus).
Someone with super strong communication and interpersonal skills (you’ll need this to work with distributed teams with various culture)
