2、 负责与国外的客户及同事沟通(英文）。

3、 建立并审查系统的体系结构以及开发团队的指导标准和方针。

4、 完成技术设计和开发，提供高质量、技术解决方案。

5、 负责项目进行中的风险分析和资源安排。

6、 在风险出现影响之前提前识别风险并降低风险。

7、 确认和验证开发团队交付工作的质量。

8、 熟悉Scrum和XP， 在团队中实行pair programming和敏捷开发。

9、 熟悉了解团队的技术能力水平和培训需求。

10、评估团队中个人的绩效和鼓励个人学习与发展。

11、作为资源分配讨论组的一员。

12、熟练掌握面向对象编程。

13、团队意识强、抗压能力强、沟通协调能力强、勇于承担责任。

Job Description：

1. Responsible for requirements analysis and translation of the requirements into technical documents in conjunction to the technical stuff.
2. Responsible for communication with the client or oversee staff.
3. Establish and review the system architecture as well as develop standards / guidelines for development team.
4. Perform technical design and development; deliver high quality, technical solutions.
5. Responsible for identifying risk within the project timelines and resource location.
6. Identify and mitigate the project and technical risks before the impact is materialized.
7. Validate and verify the quality of the work delivered by development team.
8. Implement pair programming and agile development methodology with good understanding of Scrum and XP.
9. Good understanding about the level of technical capability of the team and training requirements.
10. Evaluate individual performance and encourage self-learning and development within your team.
11. A member of Resource allocation discussion group.
12. Good OOP.
13. Great team spirit, good communication and coordination skills, can work under pressure with capabilities to take responsibility.
