5.参与负责跨平台电子商务技术方向研究和规划
5. Be responsible for cross platform e-commerce technology research and planning.
任职条件：1. 本科及以上学历，计算机专业或信息技术专业；拥有3年以上规划经验，能根据市场变化准确把握新的技术方向；
1) Bachelor degree or above, major in computer or information technology; has more than 3 years of planning experience, can accurately grasp the direction of new technology according to changes in the market;
2. JAVA经验、熟悉大型网站各平台系统互联网技术发展及Web2.0业务有较深的理解；
2) JAVA experience, familiar with and have deep understanding in the Internet technology development and Web2.0 business large website each platform system
3. 有很强的团队领导能力，思维清晰，判断准确，有决断能力,责任心强；

4. 熟悉目前主流的大型数据库、体系架构和开发工具，能把握技术发展方向

5. 负责管理技术工作，负责技术层面工作的整体运营，制定技术战略和计划，并负责全面实施；

6. 设定合理的技术部门结构，负责前后台的技术开发、维护工作，保证公司技术、产品及解决方案的市场领先性

7. 制定工作指标及实施计划，并定期向上级汇报工作进展并提供相应的电子商务合理化建议；

8. 及时了解行业内最新技术及其发展方向，不断完善技术支持体系，不断推动产品创新和流程的优化，持续提升公司整体的技术能力；
8) Understanding of the updatest technology in the industry and development direction, constantly improve the technical support system, and push innovation and process, promote technical ability of the whole company;
9. 设计、指导关键技术模块，并对系统安全性、稳定性负责；指导并且参与核心代码的书写，并对开发过程进行把关；
9) Design and guide key technical module and responsible for system security.To control develop process and review coding.
10. 带领技术团队构架、研发、设计，测试等，并培养电子商务核心技术人员。

11. 精通电子商务网站和社交网络相关的各类技术开发架构；

13. 熟悉项目管理、软件工程、CMMI、IPD等管理技术；

14. 对项目需求分析、架构设计、技术选型、模块开发、数据库和服务器安装、调试、平台部署、安全策略、运行管理等有相对完整的知识结构和工作背景；
14) Have relatively complete knowledge structure and working background of architecture design, technology selection, module design, database and server installation, commissioning, platform deployment,security strategy, operation and management;
15. 具有大型知名互联网企业技术总监级经验者优先。
15)Have large director level well-known Internet companies is preferred.
16. 参与过日访问量过亿的大型平台级电商系统的核心技术搭建者优先。
16) To participate in the traffic of 100 million core technology of large platform business system is preferred.
