Senior Line Manager/ 高级生产经理

1. Reports to the Manufacture Manager.
2. Assist the manufacturing manager in leading the manufacturing department. Ensure that production team members are effective in their roles.
3. Assist in the planning, directing and coordinating the operations of production. Assist in development of schedules based on product information, equipment efficiency and materials supply.
4. Ensure all Manufacturing documents are current, correct and distributed where required.
5. Ensure that all necessary calibrations and equipment tests are completed and logged.
6. Responsible for timely and accurate monthly production plan.
7. Create and/or validate training curriculum in area of responsibility.
8. Ensure that all manufacturing staff are thoroughly trained and certified.
9. Work with line supervisors and employees to improve quality levels and develop and
10. Maintain work schedules that supports 100% on-time delivery of both production and RMA demand.
11. Assist production staff in providing accurate WIP and labor reporting
12. Manage individual and team performance in areas of product dependency, consistency across team production and team progress and development.
13. Perform on time employee performance reviews and ensure that production administrator administer all policies fairly and consistently.
14. Establish clear measurable goals and objectives and drive individuals and the team to continuously improve in key operational metrics.
15. Identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems.
16. Build and maintain effective customer relationships.
17. Drive continuous improvement in the areas of cost, quality and delivery.
18. Consistently drive best practices in all teams and in all shifts
19. Demonstrate integrity and enthusiasm in striving for excellence, focused on continuous improvement in manufacturing.
20. Provide high-quality responses to manufacturing related issues for the operation and customers.
21. Maintain high 5s level in working area
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Proficient and knowledgeable in high volume low mix production, high mix low volume production and highly automated manufacturing environment. Fluent in Chinese and English.
2. Able to lead and manage one or more workcell
3. 6 years experience in volume production, enclosure assemblies and a degree in engineering/science/management discipline.
4. 2 years of super supervisory experience.
5. Able to manage a minimum of 3 manufacturing lines at least on a 3 shifts
6. Preferable industry experience: SMT - CM or OEM,Electro/Mechanical e.g. Boxbuild.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to interact well with all levels of employees
8. Good leadership, able to lead and administrate manufacturing team within workcell
9. Good training experience and good resolving problem skill
10. Ability and willingness to work overtime.
