Responsibilities:
- Ensure all responsible work activities are accurately executed to meet with AIASS HK technology and process standards, Group directives and standards, as well as the requirements and comments set for compliance and audit.
- Responsible for implementation and support of SAN and related infrastructure, including evaluation, installation, monitoring, performance tuning, upgrade and capacity planning.
- Responsible for SAN infrastructure maintenance, including space provision, housekeeping, inventory management, data replication, incident resolution, and problem cause analysis.
- Enhance automation on SAN administration.
- Communicate with other departments and vendors in order to implement the projects effectively.
- Undertake special assignments and projects as directed by superiors.
- Provide technical services to data center colleagues and application developers.
- Provide hands-on DR (Disaster Recovery) and BCP (Business Continuity Planning) drill support.

Requirements:
- University graduate or equivalent.
- Over 5 years of relevant IT experience.
- Solid hands on experience in EMC CLARiiON/VNX/VNX2 series storage and Connectrix series FC switches administration and SnapView/MirrorView/SANCopy/Analyzer/FAST modules is a must.
- Hands on experience in IBM DS8000/Storwize V7000 series storage and FC switches administration and IBM TPC is a must.
- Hands on experience in EMC RecoverPoint implementation and administration is a plus.
- Experience in Solaris/SuSE LINUX/VMWare administration is an advantage.
- Experience in EMC DataDomain VTL administration is an advantage.
- Good technical knowledge and experience in SAN performance monitoring and tuning and capacity planning.
- Project management experience in sizable infrastructure system implementation.
- Direct and indirect support team management and communication to ensure its work quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage relationship with vendors.
- Good command of English and Cantonese.
