Summary
？ We are looking for a Project Manager with at least 10+ years to lead a team operating as an offshore development center to support a sophisticated supply chain client
？ The current and proposed technology will require a project leader with experience in managing projects that have been built on Microsoft .Net for web and mobile based solutions
？ The client is a world class leader in their field, and is experiencing substantial global growth
？ The role is based out of Guangzhou. It may require international travel in line with the client’s business direction and growth plans
？ This Northern American client has a terrific team of executives and we enjoy a privilege and exceptional relationships with them

Responsibility
？ Supervise and guide professionals assigned in the team (30~40 people);
？ Provides overall direction for project delivery and performance. Implements, captures and reports key metrics such as Budget, On-Time Delivery, Quality and Productivity
？ Drives continuous improvement and automation to improve productivity and quality
？ Proactively resolves issues blocking the team from proceeding with its tasks;
？ Manages Project preparation, execution, and ensure all Deliverables are completed; as per the client expectation and standards.
？ Update documentation and prepare regular status reports as defined in the client service level agreement
？ Monitor Project status daily/weakly/monthly and report to management and cover multiple projects.

Required skills & qualifications
？ Bachelor or above, must be PMP or CSM certified.
？ 3+ years or above working experience or study experience overseas in English speaking countries and should have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
？ Overseas work experience in United States of America is a very big plus. Candidates who don’t have experience working in United States but have experience working with other English speaking nations will also be considered
？ 10 years of related project management and team leader experience
？ Proven track record of delivering and managing projects of team size of 20+
？ Experience Managing Web Development Projects, and .Net Based projects
？ Experience in Agile/Scrum Development
？ A couple of days in a week the role will require working late for client meetings
？ Proven track record in leadership, scope negotiation and customer/partner relationships
？ Excellent mandarin speaking skills
