Summary
？ We are looking for an architect with a proven track record working in high volume real time transaction processing involving Microsoft technologies such as ASP.Net, MS SQL, WF and WCF.
？ The architect must have experience in architecting mobile and web based solutions using HTML5 and Angularjs/other Javascript frameworks.
？ Experience in Big data and cloud platforms will be considered as a big plus. Experience in other open source technologies will be considered as a plus.
？ The sophistication and demands of this client will require the architect to produce solutions which enables the client to maintain their world leading reputation for quality.
？ The job will be based out of Guangzhou (China)
？ There are expectations the role may require travel to the United States from time to time, to interact with clients to understand business requirements and to provide technology solutions.

Responsibility
？ Creating technical design documentation and support development as required by the project.
？ Promote tighter business/IT alignment
？ Plan and integrate short and long term technology options into overall IT roadmap
？ Serve as a key hands-on contributor in the software product development life-cycle, performing analysis, driving software architecture and design, development and integration
？ Ensure that the recommended architecture supports rapid application development and deployment, taking into account the differing evolution cycles of the applications being deployed
？ Provides ongoing evaluation of technology solutions and capabilities to ensure alignment with objectives
？ Assists with impact analysis of proposed changes on existing architecture, capabilities, system priorities, and technology solutions; looks for additional solution options or trade-offs
？ Assists in technical strategy, engineering process review and implementation solutions using third party tools/software as well as standards definition and review
？ Continuously evaluate application architecture for potential performance &, design improvements and refactoring opportunities
？ Collaborates with Development, SQA, Documentation, Marketing, Sales, Management teams and external partners, customers and vendors
？ Review Design and Code of the development team when required to ensure best practices and design excellence
？ Work with the project manager to provide estimates, work break down and completion dates

Required skills & qualifications
？ BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline
？ 3 years or above working experience or study experience overseas in an English speaking country is a must.
？ Minimum 10 years of experience in designing enterprise platform solutions
？ Excellent analytical, development and debugging skills
？ Outstanding communication skills, fluent in English, fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)
？ Proven skills ASP.Net, Web services, Microsoft SQL, HTML5, Angularjs, C#, IIS and .NET technology, WCF and WF
？ Microsoft Certified will be considered as a big plus.
