岗位职责

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITES
-Facilitate communication between onsite and offshore teams to deliver projects
-Participate in product backlog and bug triage meetings with the customer
-Assist in Project Planning as needed
-Interact with the client to understand and break down business requirements and assist offshore team in clarifying requirement questions
-Document business requirements as needed
-Ensure strong commitment to on-time and quality delivery
-Assertive and willing to escalate issues
-Managing, setting and delivering on client expectations

任职要求

Experience/Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:
-10+ years with 7+ in software development/business analysis and 3+ years in project management
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
-Knowledge in Microsoft and web based technologies, especially .NET 4.0, C#, AngularJS, Team Foundation Server, WCF, WF, etc. is a plus
-Experience communicating and working projects with onsite and offshore is a plus
-Preferred CSM or PMP certified

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
-Experience with iterative development and agile methodologies/Lean Engineering
-Experience working with distributed teams
-Ability to speak in English and Chinese

EDUCATION:
-BS or MS in Computer Science or other engineering degree or equivalent experience
