Assistant Manager, Business Development

This business development position is to develop and maintain profitable business relationships with our clients. The successful candidate will be required to coordinate business development and marketing strategies, promote brand awareness, and support and work alongside partners from across the business.
Responsibility
- Assist in the execution of business development strategies for Southern China region
- Work closely with KPMG lead partners to identify, pursue and convert opportunities
- Identify business issues that correspond with KPMG services
- Develop and maintain profitable business relationships, and extend KPMG’s presence
Experience
- University graduate, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business relationship management
- Excellent ability to understand client needs
- Demonstrated success in identifying and nurturing business opportunities
- Experience in developing and leading relationship building activities with high-level executives
- Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
