Main Job Responsibilities
? Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
? File and retrieve documents and reference materials
? Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
? Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
? Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
? Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
? Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
? Receive and interact with incoming visitors
? liaise with internal staff at all levels
? Interact with external clients
? Co-ordinate project-based work
? Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary

Job Requirements:

? Over 12 years of experience as assistant/secretary/other strategic supporting roles to top level management with at least 8 years of experience in large-scale foreign-own companies;
? Excellent knowledge of administrative practices and procedures to guarantee high productivity of top level management;
? Track record on providing highly effective day to day support to senior management projects;
? Had a good command of business strategy and priorities with good judgment and quick problem-solving skills；
? Proactive, ahead-thinking, highly organized with excellent time management skills;
? Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
? Bachelor degree or above, excellent English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
? IT, Financial industry background is preferable.
