Job Description:

1. Lead sales team to fulfill business growth of South China to achieve sales & profit target and fulfill assigned tasks;

2. Sales related market activity planning and fulfillment to ensure stable growth of new customer;

3. Lead key account manager to have strategic KA development plan and get it implanted for a stable growth of KA performance;

4. Assist new training & consulting service development with market needs, new product promotion and feedback collection;

5. Explore more cooperation opportunities to maximize T&C business with government, institute, funding organizations, industry association, media, etc.;

6. Cooperate with other business lines to realize cross selling target;

7. Customer satisfactory fulfillment according yearly Training & Consulting quality target;

8. Maintain current tutor resources and develop new tutors to guarantee sufficient tutor resources.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. Good new key account development skills;

3. Minimum 5 years sales experience with managerial experience with good leadership.
