Key responsibilities:

1.Develops and maintains QA systems/quality control procedures & inspection control plans for proper control of new product and packaging.

2.Provides QC Engineering tests to support proper ECN change of material / process. Co-ordinates trial run and evaluation to study process capability.

3.Conducts Design review and new tooling/ process qualification and validation during new product and new process introduction.

4.Works closely with PDT team to co-ordinate FMEA and develop appropriate test protocol and control plan.

5.Co-ordinates quality and reliability tests for new product/new package to ensure quality conformance to Global quality standard.

6.Assists in selection and installation of new inspection equipment and gages.

7.Carries out assigned COQ and quality improvement program and assists in concerned cost improvement projects.

8.Analyses quality problem as they arise and reports inspection findings with recommendation. Requests services from other departments and vendors in an effort to improve product quality.

9.Review the automation machine design and process, ensure the equipment to meet quality and safety requirement.

10.infrant care quality control experience or Six sigmas should be consider as a priority.

Requirements:

1.B.A. Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

2.5 years or above experience in Quality Control function/ Product Engineering/Production Engineering, and 2 years in management position.
