Job Summary:

Assist in handling daily accounting processes.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Understanding of variant accounting entries / vouchers.

2. Check vendor payment requests under related accounting guidelines.

3. All balance sheet accounts’ reconciliation including bank accounts.

4. Basic analytical skills using accounting/financial principle, knowledge and guidelines

5. Understanding and application related figures from variant financial reports.

6. Any other accounting tasks.

Key Measuring Parameters:

• Compliance with law and company policies and procedures

• Accuracy and timeliness of task output

• Customer satisfaction

  Qualifications:

1.Education : University graduate, preferably in Accounting and Finance.

2.Relevant Experience: At least 1-3 years related working experience.

3. Language/Skills :Sound accounting knowledge/Good communication and interpersonal skills/Good PC skill, esp. for Excel and Word/Basic English/ Accounting software operation, such as SAP system is appreciated .

4. Personality : Integrity, dedicated to work, self-motivated .
