Key responsibilities:

1. Develops and maintains QA systems/quality control procedures & inspection control plans for proper control of new product and packaging.

2. Conducts design review and work closely with ME team for design and process FMEA and develop appropriate control plan.

3. Provides QC Engineering tests to support proper ECN change of material / process. Co-ordinates trial run and evaluation to study process capability.

4. Conducts Design review and new assembly machine/ process qualification and validation during new machine and new process introduction.

5. Co-ordinates quality and reliability tests for new product/new package from new assembly machine to ensure quality conformance to Global quality standard.

6. Analyses quality problem as they arise and reports during new machine development and carry out solutions to address problems.

7. Review the automation machine design and process, ensure the equipment to meet quality and safety requirement.

8. Follow the DOE for automation machine set up, adjustment, qualify the control device/system.

Requirements:

Education  :      B.A. Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Experience   :         5 years and above experience in Quality Control function/ Product Engineering/Production Engineering.
