任职要求：

1. Knowledge and experience 知识:

At least 5 years of industrial experiences, team management experiences, technical and product development track records, multinational company work experience, specialty chemical industry related

2. Education 教育背景:

Minimum MS, Ph. D degree preferred.

3. Language & Skills 语言及技能:

Good spoken and written skills in both Chinese and English

4. Abilities 能力: Innovating ability, self –improving, self-driven
