1/ Support the business by delivering effective and quality HR services in respect of colleague Training and Development, including:

• Company Culture and Core Program Training and Promotion

• Employee General Training

• Team Building and Team Effectiveness

• Performance Management

• Support in Social Compliance audits

 2/ The job holder will support supervisor in delivering general training programs to improve employee’s work knowledge and skills. Through continuously enhancing relationship between manager/supervisor and subordinates, teamwork among different departments and working teams..

任职要求：

1/ Bachelor degree holder with Business Administration management or related discipline or equivalent.

2/ Certification with DDI or other professional training association(s) or progress toward certification is preferred.

3/ Minimum 5 years progressively responsible experience in Human Resources in a sizeable organization, preferably with exposure to Multinational environmental activity.   

4/ Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.

5/ Demonstrated expertise in training and development & Employee Communication.
