1. Responsible for D/P worker recruitment and support for M/P recruitment per the assignment of supervisor. 负责D/P员工的招聘，并根据主管的分配支持M/P的招聘
2. Ensure 100% data accuracy and complete for HRIS information and hard copy personal file data. Maintain recruitment and personal in HRIS as authorized by department Manager; providing own area data report on time. 及时完成HRIS系统员工信息的输入，确保数据的100%准确性。根据部门经理的授权，维护人力资源部的系统中招聘和人事信息；按时提交负责业务的数据报表。
3. To ensure all recruitment activities are in company annual headcount plan and go through requisition process for headcount control. 确保所有招聘活动符合公司年度人员编制计划，并通过申请流程进行人员编制控制。
4. Ensure all employment and termination (D/P and M/P colleagues) process are compliant with government requirements and company policies and procedures. 确保所有雇佣和解雇（D/P和M/P同事）流程符合法规和公司政策。
5. Ensure responsible C&B activities are compliant with laws and company policies. 确保负责的薪酬福利活动合法合规和符合公司政策。
6. Compile regular personnel statistics including attendance, leave and benefit administration, overtime pay. 日常人事统计，包括考勤、休假和福利管理、加班工资。
7.  Monitor the HRIS to ensure the data accuracy and timely updating of all items related to attendance, leave, salary and benefit (D/P and M/P), etc. 监控HRIS系统确保考勤、休假、工资和福利（D/P, M/P岗位）等所有相关项目的数据准确和及时更新。
8. Responsible for I-leave and I-attendance administration with support from MIS and facilitate proper application by providing training, promotion and close follow up. 负责休假和出勤的管理，并通过提供培训、晋升和密切跟进来促进合理的休假申请。
9. Assist in superior in HR system improvement and policies development related C & B. 协助上级完善人力资源体系和薪酬政策。
10. Responsible for injury & social insurance related issues management. 负责工伤和社会保险相关事宜的管理。
