Assist and support CSIS Country Head and Areas Security Manager to implement Citi’s policies related to Security & Fire Safety in GZ, SZ, CQ, CD and other locations as required.
Direct activities of and provide training to BSSA (Business Safety and Security Administrator) of Citi occupied premises. Administer the premises Master Security Files, training materials, presentations and handouts.
Manage contracts for security & fire safety related services, including security equipment maintenance, guarding, alarm monitoring and others. Ensure all services requests, deliveries and invoicing are handled in timely manner.
Maintain proactive and effective communication with Public Security Bureau and other law enforcement authorities at all levels in the cities covered.
Respond swiftly in all fire, safety and security related incidents relevant to Citi.
Advise businesses from security and safety perspectives of new sites, restacking and other projects as necessary.
Contribute as an active team player of CSIS China to accomplish the KPIs set by the bank or CSIS.
Participate the tasks or projects initiated by regional CSIS
Carry out executive protection program in GZ, SZ, CQ, CD and other locations as required.
Coordinate and assist investigations as required.

要求：
Minimum 5 years working experience in security profession, preferably in multinationals and banking sector is a definite advantage
Experience in staff or guard supervision would be an advantage
Demonstrated good communication skill at all levels, from guards to senior executives
A self-starter, but also a team-player, and can balance well between the two roles
Sensitive to safety and security related social issues, supported by good analytical skill
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking of Chinese (Mandarin)
Efficient communication in English and by computer, with practical knowledge of using key Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
High standards to integrity with strong sense of responsibility
Flexible working hours and business travel in short notice on occasions or as required
