You will take charge of:

• Handle customer enquiries in a timely manner in a call centre environment
• Follow-up on customer enquires, fault cases and complaints to assure action
• Communicate with customers and inter-departments to assure actions when necessary
• Identify, investigate and resolve customers' issues
• Prepare correspondence and Call Centre activities related reports
• Shift duty is required, includes Sundays & Public Holidays

• College graduate or above
• Customer oriented & interested in dealing with people at all levels
• Good command of both spoken and written English/ Chinese
• Good spoken Cantonese is an advantage
• Pleasant, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Shift duty is required -Telecom Industry experience is preference

• 撰写与呼叫中心活动相关的报告。

如果你有:

• 大专或以上学历；
• 以客户为导向，具有良好的人际交往和沟通能力；
• 精通粤语，具备良好的中英文听说读写能力；
• 性格开朗、成熟、独立，能承受工作压力；
• 有电信行业工作经验者优先。

工作时间：

8：00～24：00，轮班轮休，五天工作制。
