

Report Analyst -Contact Centre

-Assist to analyzes historical data and call volume projections
-Prepare and maintain agent’s monthly shift schedule/duty roster to ensure appropriate coverage
-Collect data for monthly KPI report.
-Assist to analyzes KPI, maintain the quality of agents, propose adjustment plan if necessary.
-Responsible for consolidation of files, sort out different category files and filing in appropriate ways
-Assist to create Contact Center data base, for data checking and verification.
-Assist to statistics and analysis all kinds of figures, to support management for different projects.
-Ad-hoc task assigned by Managers
-Financial Approval Authority
Qualifications
-Tertiary education or Diploma in any field of study.
-Must have a minimum of 2 years work experience in contact centrem environment.
-Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and analytical skills.
-Must be computer savvy especially in the use of MS Excel.
-Ability to multitask in areas related to service performance.
-Able to work on shift and on Public Holiday (in accordance to contact centre operating hour).
