岗位职责:

Impact on the Business
- Direct and ensure that Global Businesses and HOST requirements are delivered through effective leadership across two sites, representing one of the largest service providers to GTRF.
- Ensure financial and operational plans for the Business Service in GSC China are reviewed and met.
- To ensure the Financial Crime Control framework is effective and to ensure that the 2.1 M transactions processed annually are processed accurately and staff are sufficiently equipped with the right knowledge and skills to implement and sustain these controls.
- To work effectively with the GTRF business and with the HOST teams to transform the way we do business and bring simpler faster services to our customers through effective delivery of global transformation projects such as OCR-AI, System Integration and Digital Trade.
- Drive service excellence through operational oversight of the GSC China Business Service team and deliver quality, risk, people and financial performance targets.

Customers / Stakeholders
- Proactively engage with Global Businesses, HOST leadership teams, Transformation, and other stakeholders in Global Functions to ensure that goals and efforts are aligned to Business strategy and demand.
- Provide relevant and timely updates to senior Operations stakeholders, covering operational performance and anticipated impact on account of policy changes.
- Enable seamless end to end services to our customers at the lowest cost whilst continuing to meet regulatory and risk requirements.

Leadership & Teamwork
- Lead a highly motivated and skilled team, which allows GSC team to meet the business objectives.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with Business Partners, operate in an open and transparent way being fully accountable for supporting their business
- Support other Business Service Teams, and/or other stakeholders in driving operational change programmes.

Operational Effectiveness & Control
- To provide a platform to enable Group companies to significantly reduce their operating costs whilst maintaining Customer service standards.
- To continually re-assess the operational risks inherent in the business donor Group companies.
- Ensure adequate contingency procedures are in place to minimize the impact of partial or total site failure
- To be aware of the nature of our customers business/trading patterns and alert to any out of the ordinary transactions, which should be escalated to Senior Management
- To be fully conversant with FIM, anti money laundering and sanctions and internal procedures/polices and regulatory requirements of our business

- Minimum of 5 years of Trade Operations experience or Commercial Banking experience at a Senior Management level
- Change Management and Risk Management skills
- Good Finance background
- Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly interpret data & facts to arrive at meaningful conclusions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills in English - both oral & written
- Proven ability in team leadership, people and resource management
- A strong desire to achieve outstanding customer service
- Resilience under pressure and be able to work efficiently in order to meet aggressive deadlines
