This position requires great passion on data intelligence, a variety of advanced analytics skills and spirit of innovation. 针对汇丰集团下属恒生银行零售银行的各种产品和核心业务,熟练运用商业分析,统计和数据分析的方法及工具,发掘数据商业价值,为业务团队赋能,打造良好客户体验的数据洞察和产品。从事的工作职责包括以下方面:

1. The role is part of HSBC HASE Data & Analytics team and is responsible for the management of all customer information and provision of analytical deliverables for customer and banking initiatives and to support all RBWM activities. The individual is also expected to identify key trends that arise from the insights of customer data and work with other areas in RBWM to ensure they are taken account of.
2. The suitable candidate should be a self-driven person and a leader by nature in taking ownership of the deliverables. One should be technically profound and fully loaded with business acumen and communication skills. One will work hands-on with the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Cloud environment for data and analysis process, and are required to deliver the results in a logical and ethical way to the stakeholders.
3. Design, formulate, and implement relevant solutions for the identified analytics project and convert analytical findings/solutions that will lead to achieving business goals (revenue growth, anti-attrition, fraud detection and increasing customer engagement, etc.). During the process, closely collaborate with relevant teams/parties to obtain the supports required for these tasks.
4. Use company provided software tools to extract, collect, manipulate (e.g. subset and merge) raw data to prepare for further analysis. Then apply the appropriate analytics frameworks, statistic procedures to analyze the data in order to provide actionable analysis findings. Interpret and present quantitative information as well as the findings in proper context so as to help in the investigations and decision making of the business.
5. Timely deliver output and effectively communicate with the stakeholders.
1. 熟悉、开发并支撑基于客户关系管理的全渠道精准营销体系,有效管理和提升客户生命周期价值;
2. 大型客户关系管理/实时智能决策系统的实施和优化;
3. 开发基于大数据平台的商业分析解决方案,为业务增长、反金融欺诈赋能;
4. 构建线上客户行为数据模型和分析体系,为线上推广、客户体验与风险管理提供决策支撑。


任职资格:

1. University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other related discipline with minimum 5 years' working experience on CRM related areas and/or analytics to influence business decisions.
2. With solid experience of event triggers, campaign process management, application of CRM solutions in the context of the customer life cycle management across multiple distribution channels.
3. Experience in real-time lead decisioning / large-scale CRM solution implementation is preferred.
4. Good knowledge on languages such as Python, R, SAS, SQL, Javascript for data analytics and visualization.
5. Knowledge of in any one or combination of Big Data processing platforms e.g. AWS, GCP and Hadoop, and advanced BI and Data tools e.g. Qlik, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Oracle etc.
6. Self-Motivated, positive, passionate and willingness of continue learning.
7. Effective communication, interpersonal, problem solving, presentation, and project management skills.
8. Possesses good understanding of business applications to convert data into a business value and advantage.
9. Less qualified candidate would be considered as Sr. Analyst.

3. 优秀的算法和编程能力, 熟悉主流数据分析、商业智能工具及语言;
4. 具有很好的表达能力,很好的抗压能力和团队合作能力;
5. 热衷于技术创新,善于突破现有框架做出改变,善于运用有限资源针解决具体问题。善于把大数据和人工智能技术结合及应用到实际业务场景,产生商业价值;
6. 计算机,数学,统计学或相关专业,本科以上学历。能力稍逊者可被推荐为资深分析师。
