This position requires great passion on data intelligence, a variety of advanced analytics skills and spirit of innovation. This is also a unique opportunity that leverages cutting-edge of machine learning and AI technologies to innovate data product design, drive new business model and create an impact on 40-million customers across HSBC networks from China.
1. The role is part of HSBC China Data & Analytics team and is responsible for the management of all customer information and provision of analytical and data science deliverables for customer and banking initiatives and to support all RBWM activities especially for growth of the Pearl River Delta growth for Cards Propositions, Acquisition, Marketing, Portfolio Management and Profitability. The individual is also expected to identify key trends that arise from the insights of customer data and work with other areas in RBWM to ensure they are taken account of;
2. The suitable candidate should be a self-driven person and a leader by nature in taking full ownership of the deliverables. One should be technically profound and fully loaded with business acumen and communication skills. One will work hands-on with the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Jupyter environment for data and modeling process, and are required to deliver the results in a logical and ethical way to the stakeholders;
3. Design, formulate, and implement relevant solutions for the identified analytics project and convert analytical findings/solutions that will lead to achieving business goals (revenue growth, anti-attrition, and increasing customer engagement, etc.). During the process, closely collaborate with relevant teams/parties to obtain the supports required for these tasks;
4. Use company provided software tools to extract, collect, manipulate (e.g. subset and merge) raw data to prepare for further analysis. Then apply the appropriate analytics frameworks, statistic procedures or machine learning algorithms to analyze the data in order to provide actionable analysis findings. Interpret and present quantitative information as well as the findings in proper context so as to help in the investigations and decision making of the business;
5. To design and develop robust, relevant data mining solutions – descriptive or predictive, the incumbent should flexibly and innovatively apply diverse modelling methods including (but not limited to): decision tree, clustering, logistic regression, gradient boosting, neural network, random forest, support vector machine etc.;
6. Manage the timely delivery of output and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
针对汇丰零售银行的各种产品和核心业务,熟练运用商业分析,统计和数据分析的方法及工具,发掘数据商业价值,为业务团队赋能,打造良好客户体验的数据洞察和产品。从事的工作职责包括以下方面:
1. 熟悉并开发各种机器学习的算法,包括但不限于语义识别、知识图谱、搜索、推荐、知识库挖掘、计算机视觉、图算法等,应用于智能客服、财富、信用卡,保险、银行网络销售等场景;
2. 研究开发金融舆情方法,从互联网海量数据中发现有价值的信息。包括事件抽取、事件发现与追踪、情感分析、实体识别等应用于客户行为和体验的研究;
3. 领导开发人工智能产品,用AI为公司赋能。
任职资格:
1. Bachelor (minimum with 5+ year experience) or Master degree (with 3+ year experience) in relevant quantitative disciplines such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Physics or a related discipline with a focus on use of analytics and optimization to influence business decisions.
2. Hands-on knowledge in one of the following data analytics domains: machine learning, natural language processing/generation, computer vision, deep learning and advanced analytics, business analytics.
3. Strong retail banking products or wealth management business knowledge and knowledge of profitability model, e.g. card, loan, mortgage, insurance, etc.
4. Experienced in leveraging business analytics and machine learning algorithm to drive business growth, identify product proposition or enhance retail banking customer journey, etc.
5. Experience in working with large volume of data with database systems or cloud e.g. SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop/Spark, AWS etc. Scripting language capabilities in Python, R, SAS, Java or Scala
6. Less qualified candidate would be considered as Analyst.

4. 具有很好的表达能力,很好的抗压能力和团队合作能力;
5. 热衷于技术创新,善于突破现有框架做出改变,善于运用有限资源针解决具体问题。善于把大数据和人工智能技术结合及应用到实际业务场景,产生商业价值;
6. 计算机,数学,统计学或相关专业,硕士以上学历。能力稍逊者可被推荐为分析师。
