This position requires great passion on data intelligence, a variety of advanced analytics skills and spirit of innovation. 针对汇丰集团下属恒生银行零售银行的各种产品和核心业务,熟练运用商业分析,统计和数据分析的方法及工具,发掘数据商业价值,为业务团队赋能,打造良好客户体验的数据洞察和产品。从事的工作职责包括以下一个或多个方面:
1. The role is part of HASE Data & Analytics team in Guangzhou and is responsible for the provision of business analytics and modeling deliverables for customer and banking initiatives.
2. Mine, analyze and model large structured and unstructured datasets and apply advanced statistical predicative models and leading machine learning algorithms to explore strategic solutions and actionable recommendations in performing customer analyses dovetailing the suite of strategic intent indicators for sales and marketing, fraud risk mitigation and Anti-Money Laundering.
3. Creatively translate business problems into data science initiatives with appropriate methodology, manage the business application effectively and evaluate the results rigorously.
4. Design and apply the learning to business by managing the end-to-end campaign/MI production process, including campaign sizing, confirmation with business users about selection/exclusion criteria, leads extraction from data warehouse, performance tracking, evaluation and presentation of business learning. Quality and timely deliverables is required.
5. Plan and coordinate team development, effectiveness and success by sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with others to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment.
6. Adhere to HSBC policy, procedures and control requirements applicable to day-to-day working, exceptional and project activities.
1. 熟悉运用各种机器学习的算法进行模型的设计、开发与维护,应用包括但不限于金融产品购买倾向/金融欺诈风险分析与预测、客户画像与分群、定价与盈利分析等,为智能客服、财富、信用卡,保险、银行网络销售等场景提供大数据决策支持。
2. 熟悉、开发并支撑基于客户关系管理的全渠道精准营销体系,有效管理和提升客户生命周期价值
3. 大型客户关系管理/实时智能决策系统的实施和优化
4. 领导开发基于大数据平台的商业分析解决方案,为业务增长、反金融欺诈赋能
5. 构建线上客户行为数据模型和分析体系,为线上推广、客户体验与风险管理提供决策支撑
任职资格:
1. University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or other related discipline
2. Minimum 8 years' working experience in analytics, modelling and machine learning
3. With solid experience of customers analytic in banking industry and the application of business insight into cross-selling initiatives in the context of the customer life cycle management across multiple distribution channels with effectiveness measurement and business learning
4. Self-Motivated, positive, passionate and willingness of continue learning
5. Proficient in SAS (covering base SAS, SAS STAT, Enterprise Miner) and Microsoft R/Python (SciKit-Learn, Keras, TensorFlow, Theano and etc.)
6. Comfortable with mining massive volume of data for quick insight discovery
7. Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, and presentation skills
8. Detail-oriented and zero tolerance on quality/accuracy issue
9. Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
10. Knowledge of the Cloud technology is a plus
11. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in spoken Cantonese is a plus.

3. 优秀的算法和编程能力, 熟悉主流数据分析、商业智能工具及语言
4. 具有很好的表达能力,很好的抗压能力和团队合作能力
5. 热衷于技术创新,善于突破现有框架做出改变,善于运用有限资源针解决具体问题。善于把大数据和人工智能技术结合及应用到实际业务场景,产生商业价值
6. 计算机,数学,统计学或相关专业,本科以上学历。能力稍逊者可被推荐为分析师
