岗位职责:

1. Work with stakeholders to capture digital data requirements.
2. Support Digital Product XFTs with reporting, analysis and insight as well as Adobe Analytics expertise; identifying trends, areas of improvement and opportunities; creating hypothesis and making recommendations to improve product performance.
3. Actively engage Digital product teams to shape their feature releases and roadmaps.
4. Bring to life behaviour and voice of the customer within Digital product teams.
5. Connect Digital Product performance to overall financial product performance working closely with stakeholder groups.
6. Acting as the focal point for data driven insight within the product teams, uncover and drive new opportunities within the Digital Products area.
7. Collaborate closely with other global/regional/local/offshore analytics teams to actively ensure the wealth of offline insights (transactional data insights, channel insights etc.) are integrated with digital analytics to support decision-making for stakeholders.
8. Ensure regular cadence with offshore and onshore digital analytics teams on data deployment cycles.

1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on analytics experience solving complex business problems using data.
2. Proven ability to work with large datasets (volume – transaction data, unstructured – clickstream, verbatim comments, weblogs, etc.) and experience in working on digital tools such as Adobe/Google Analytics.
4. Excellent hands-on digital analytical skills with proven ability to analyse complex data, identify key trends and opportunities, putting forward hypotheses and delivering recommendations.
5. Mature and independent professional to drive analytics workstream with minimal oversight.
6. Train non-analyst stakeholders, teams and audiences to better use our digital analytics suite of tools.
7. Strong understanding of digital analytics space including web analytics and clickstream data.
8. Able to work independently with guidance from remote teams.
9. Excellent communication skills. Be able to understand the background of the audience and be able to communicate the message in an effective manner.
10. Proven knowledge and experience of SQL, BI/MIS (Teradata) platforms and other Database/Data Manipulation tools (eg Alteryx, BigQuery).
11. Experience in data visualization tools and techniques – previous experience in Qliksense, Tableau or similar.
12. Good experience and knowledge of analytics tools – Python/R/SAS/SPSS/STATA.
