岗位职责:

- Assist in the Wholesale Credit Services budgeting, support Wholesale Credit Services billing and recharging management, commentary on services exception and monitor path to green.
- Streamline & automate collection of data for reporting & responsible for project tracking & governance
- Assist the Capability Development team on the Career progression metrics, Training intervention , Talent management, Facilitates & organize workshops / Support Continued education programmes.
- Assist in managing the capacity for all teams across sites
Liaise with all necessary stakeholders, as required, both internal and external for effective and timely management of all activities.
- Providing necessary support to the Wholesale Credit Services governance– Business engagement/ Governance forums with Wholesale business / Recruitment / People / Capability Development / BRCM / Business Transformation / Change.
- Promote the Business Service through customer focused and timely reporting.
- Ensure support to the wholesale credit operations in the ASP and AMH and wider business area.
- Facilitate the development and sharing of standard tools and best practices across the Business team
Tracking financial performance of Wholesale Credit Services Ops GZ including financial plan, sustainable saves, capacity utilization, resourcing and performance level agreements.
- Facilitate management of Wholesale Credit Services’ Risk control Assessment; assist in managing operations risk as first line of defense
- Support the vendor risk management activities.


任职资格:

- A resilient, self-starter capable of driving performance.
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing skills.
- Strong financial management capability is preferable.
- Operations Management or related Business Management experience and a proven track record in delivery.
- Highly effective in working with all levels of management and staff and in a matrix environment.
- Ability to leverages resources outside of direct control to achieve goals.
- Operates well across cultures and in multi-cultural diverse work environments.
- Demonstrates clear evidence of the importance of managing risk and the competence to deliver it.
- Chinese proficiency is required.
