- The e-Commerce team is responsible for the delivery of new services and enhancements on the HSS (HSBC Securities Services) online client Portal. The e-Commerce platform provides cross product, global coverage of HSS services including Global Custody, Sub-Custody, Fund Services, Transfer Agency and Fund Performance Measurement.

- The role has a particular focus on the delivery of new tools and significant enhancements to existing tools as part of a large scale investment under the HSS Growth Strategy – Digital & Data Workstream.

- To Effectively lead and manage the e-Commerce team and staff locally at SSC by providing administrative project management and business analysis;

- To manage the overall progress of the project, work with Product Managers, Design Consultants, Globally Distributed IT & Business Teams within HSS to drive the project as planned;

- To provide analysis, definition and communication of business and system requirements, front end product design, perform testing on the system deliverables to ensure the acceptance level for users, and provide business analysis support in core HSS e-Commerce engine systems for new and existing clients both internal and external;

- To provide first line support to business and client users of those systems during project guarantee period and to be the primary support interface between those users of systems and the application developers and second line support staff in IT departments or external vendors before the project is handed over to support team;

- Manage the team to ensure the performance meets business partner’s expectation and align with global and local strategy controller for the reporting solution.

任职资格

- Bachelor or above degree in computer science, business or related discipline

- 8 – 10 years experiences in fund / accounting industry with demonstrated interest in application support and problem resolution

- Proofed 3 years or above experience to manage a team with mature leashership

- Must be a self-starter who takes accountability and ownership for coordinating and planning key activities

- Must be able to multi-task and be able to prioritize effectively

- Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English
